Whole Wheat Zucchini Bread

I have been bitten by the whole wheat bug and more so in this country where every other food is made out of refined or processed ingredients. Here is a yummy zucchini bread recipe
2 cups grated zucchini(could be substituted with carrots or white gourd)
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 sticks of butter
4 eggs
salt to taste
sugar to taste
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup milk

Mix butter, eggs and zucchini and keep aside. Mix the dry ingredients(flour and baking powder) and add to zucchini mixture. Add salt and sugar to taste. Stir in the milk to thin the batter a bit. Bake in a greased pad at 350 deg C for 30 min. Check doneness with a toothpick or a knife. Cool and serve with a steaming cup of chai. Tastes great!!
